Returns
We are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. But due to handwoven nature of our products in small batches, there could be variations in color and sizes that might not satisfy you. Or you might change your idea. In any case, we are happy to accept your return for a refund or exchange.
Please contact us within 15 days of receipt of the order to be considered for exchanges, returns, or refunds. We want this to be a good experience for you and will work with you to correct any issues.

Refunds
The item returned must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. Please note that buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost with the carrier of your choice. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. We will send you an email notification upon receipt of the returned item. If conditions are met, we will issue a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping of the item being exchanged and the buyer we will be charged a flat rate of $5 as S&H of reshipping the new item to buyer.
Additional Notes:
Variations in the color, weave, or texture of this product are the characteristic of our unique handloom process, and are not considered as irregularities or defects. Such variations add a natural beauty and uniqueness to the product.
High resolution product images depict the most accurate color representation possible. However, due to variations in computer screen resolutions, slight color differences may exist between images provided and actual product. Our products are hand-loomed and shipped in batches per loom, which may cause slight variations in product size and color depending upon the dye lot.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@turkanhome.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
